need an experienced person to prepare a provisional patent for my invention (perpetual water battery)

This is a water battery usable in freshwater and seawater. It has special efficiencies and some improvements that will allow it to work better. I need to protect it while I continue to work on it. YOur job will be to research to sea if my invention is patentable or not and to create the patent and fill in the form to send it. I will pay you an amount to do that. When it succeeds and I get a patent pending number I will pay you a milestone bonus.
