I need an USA based individual for a US and international patent search.

I am looking for a team to complete a US and International patent search with the ability to give a recommendation on the viability of a patent. An NDA is a must and the individual must be US based. Some experience in the medical field would be ideal but is not necessary. Ideally whoever is hired has experience with writing and submitting patents successfully.
