I received a TRO against one of my Amazon listings for patent infringement. However, I have my own design and applied for a design patent a year ago. My product looks different from the competitor’s, though it functions similarly. I don't believe I've infringed on anyone's design patent. Can the TRO be dissolved, and how much will this cost?
