I am looking for an experienced individual who can assist me in submitting a non-provisional USPTO application for my software invention.

REQUIREMENTS:
- fill all required fields and upload files/documents
- include micro entity
- include color petition

I will make the payment after everything is complete!

Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the USPTO submission process
- Experience in submitting non-provisional USPTO applications for software inventions
- Familiarity with the specific requirements and guidelines for software patent applications
- Ability to draft and prepare a comprehensive application with all the necessary documentation and claims
- Proficiency in legal terminology and understanding of patent laws and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and understanding the provisional patent application that has already been filed
- Conducting thorough research to ensure that the software invention is unique and not already patented
- Drafting and preparing a non-provisional USPTO application with accurate and detailed descriptions of the software invention
- Collaborating with me to finalize the application and ensure that all necessary information is included
- Submitting the application to the USPTO and handling any follow-up communication or requests from the Examiner
