Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the USPTO submission process
- Experience in submitting non-provisional USPTO applications for software inventions

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and understanding the provisional patent application that has already been filed

- Drafting and preparing a non-provisional USPTO application with accurate and detailed descriptions of the software invention
- Collaborating with me to finalize the application and ensure that all necessary information is included
- Submitting the application to the USPTO and handling any follow-up communication or requests from the Examiner
