Seeking JAPAN resident Patent Agent for preparing and filing of National phase application in JPO
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am seeking a Patent Agent based in Japan who can assist me with the preparation and filing of a National Phase Application in the Japan Patent Office (JPO).
Skills and Experience:
- Must be a resident of Japan and familiar with the local patent laws and procedures
- Experience in preparing and filing National Phase Applications in the JPO
- Strong knowledge of patent filing documents and requirements in Japan
The main focus of this project is the preparation of filing documents for the National Phase Application. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of the necessary documents and procedures required for a successful filing in the JPO.
Additional skills and experience in providing advice on strategy and procedures, as well as maintenance and monitoring of patents, would be a plus. However, the primary requirement for this project is the preparation and filing of the National Phase Application.
