Seeking CANADIAN resident Patent Agent for National phase application in CANADA
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am seeking a Canadian resident patent agent who can assist me with a national phase application in Canada. The filing of application has already been done in person without an agent. The ideal candidate should have experience and expertise in Canadian patent law and procedures.
Skills and Experience:
- Must be a registered patent agent in Canada
- Familiarity with the national phase application process
- Strong knowledge of Canadian patent laws and regulations
- Ability to further prosecute the filed patent application.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
