Seasoned Patent Search Specialist Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am ready to partner with a senior-level patent searcher who can take full responsibility for both patentability and freedom-to-operate searches from day one. Every assignment is handled on a per-project basis and is priced to reward thorough, attorney-ready work.
Here is what my practice needs:
• Top-tier capability. You have at least five years’ track record inside recognized patent search firms and can speak fluently about claim mapping, scope definition, and reporting standards.
• Professional databases. Your current, paid access to Derwent Innovation, PatSnap, Orbit—or an equivalent professional toolset—lets you run comprehensive global searches without delay.
• Timely turnaround. Patentability reports are due within five business days; FTO projects run 10–14 business days with rolling updates so I can keep clients informed.
• Actionable results. The final report must be clear enough for counsel to lift sections directly into an opinion or application draft.
Typical deliverables
1. Search proposal outlining scope, keywords, and classifications
2. Interim progress notes on longer FTO projects
3. Final report with claim charts, key references, and your analysis of relevance
If this matches your skill set, tell me about your experience—firms you trained under, databases you command, and the types of technologies you routinely cover. Let’s build a long-term collaboration that values quality and pays accordingly.
