Response to an Office Action by the Patent Office
Budget: $100 – $200 USD
Hello,
I have a patent application related to IT filed with European Patent Office
and I've received a new Office Action from EPO.
I read the rejection motives and I am looking for somebody who can help me with understanding better the examiner's objections and how to respond to them.
The same patent application has been already granted a patent by patent offices in other countries.
I am looking for somebody who has extensive experience in prosecution / replies to office actions in tech field, with a high ratio of successful results.
The point is to draft a response that minimizes chances of a new Office Action.
I intend to write the reply draft myself, but I need you to advise me WHAT to write (main points to each objection).
The first thing you need to do is that understand the invention accurately, I am open to questions and available for voice chats.
I will provide all the related documents (previous office actions and responses), and you have to read all of them very carefully and understand them very well,
because a response that has already been mentioned in previous OAs or a response that is not well-grounded would generate a new action and that is what I definitely want to avoid.
########## DELIVERABLES ##########
A document containing brief explanations of what is wrong in examiner's opinion for each objection,
and the main the points that should be mentioned in my reply.
