Provisional Patent Filing for Eye-Tech Device
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I'm seeking an experienced patent attorney or patent agent, registered with USPTO, to file a provisional patent for an eye-tech measurement device with the USPTO. Filing is on behalf of an Italian based company. We have detailed diagrams, Description and Claims ready, and no additional text or description is needed beyond what is already prepared. The provisional patent claims priority to a prior EU application that received an excellent search report from the EPO. Text has been modified to USPTO standards and so no further work is expected on Description or Claims.
You will be expected to review the SB16 form and Application Data Sheet and sign the latter.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with the USPTO
- A strong background in mechanical devices, particularly eye-tech
- Proven track record in patent applications
