Pharma Patent Specialist Needed for Drafting & Filing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm in need of a seasoned professional with expertise in pharma patents, specifically in the nutriceutical field, to assist with the completion of an existing patent draft and the submission of another patent in the national phase filing, which is to be first filed in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical writing and editing of the existing patent draft
- Ensuring compliance and proper formatting of the patent
- Assisting in finalizing the patent draft for submission
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in patent law, particularly in the pharma and nutriceutical sectors. Experience with technical writing and editing for patent submissions is crucial, as is familiarity with patent formatting and compliance standards. Prior art research and analysis skills will be beneficial but are not strictly necessary.
This project offers the opportunity to contribute to the final stages of a patent and to assist with the submission of a new one at a national level.
