Patent prosecution
Budget: $50 – $60 USD
I have a patent application and I have to respond to an office action from the European Patent Office.
I've been through a lot of other office actions, but I think EPO examiner's basis is not fair and even logical.
I need clear explanations so that I can understand the framework and the basis on which the office action is done, as well as possible legal work-arounds to use in my response.
So basically I need your specialized expertise to get answers to a few questions that I have.
Please apply only if you have previous experience of prosecution at European Patent Office and you know the rules (which in some cases are quite different from those of other offices).
