Patent Filing in USPTO

Hi there!
I am a Patent agent in India who has drafted (is drafting) 5 non-provisional applications, which need to filed in the course of the next couple of months. I am looking for a Patent professional (preferably a freelancer), who could -
(A) Review the non-provisional applications as per drafting practices/ prescribed guidelines of USPTO (technical review - not required); this could include basic edits like spacing, revising/ reorganizing sections of the application, if needed (e.g. revising content to bring it within word limit), page numbering, para/ line/ column numbering etc.
(B) Filing the final non-provisional applications (as per A) along with supporting forms and other documentation.
