2. Filing national validations in Spain (OEPM), Suiza (IPI), Grecia (OBI), and Polonia (UPRP). Please provide separate requirments, and quotations for each nation.
Scope of work:
File the Unitary Patent request (EPO Form 7000) with the European Patent Office (EPO).
Fiie national validations in Spain (OEPM), Suiza (IPI), Grecia (OBI), and Polonia (UPRP).
Review and submit the full Spanish translation of the patent text, which I will personally provide to you.
Provide professional follow-up, monitoring, and reporting on the status of the granted patent and national validations, promptly informing us of any necessary actions or communications from the EPO, OEPM, IPI, OBI, and UPRP.
Quote clearly and transparently for any additional actions or costs recommended or required by the EPO, OEPM, IPI, OBI, and UPRP during the processes.
Requirements:
Must be registered as a professional European Patent Attorney or qualified EPO representative with active authorization to practice before the EPO, the OEPM, the IPI, the OBI, and the UPRP
Proven expertise in successfully filing and managing European and Unitary patent procedures.
Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency desirable but not required).
Able to clearly communicate timelines, procedures, and any associated costs in advance.
