Europe Pharmaceutical Patent Filing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a skilled patent agent with extensive experience in pharmaceutical and chemical patents to file applications on my behalf in Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. THE AGENT SHOULD BE ELIGIBLE TO FILE RESPONSE TO EPO OFFICE ACTIONS
Key Requirements:
_Eligible to represent an applicant and file response to EPO office actions
- Proficient in patent law in said countries
- Experience with pharmaceutical and chemical compositions patents is a must
- Strong understanding and ability to navigate patent application processes effectively
I have done all the necessary preparations including a detailed description and diagrams of my invention. The primary role would be to file and possibly advise if necessary in the patent application process.
