Collaboration with Patent Agent USPTO filing

I am looking for a qualified and experienced **Patent Agent / Intellectual Property Professional for a long-term professional collaboration to handle patent-related assignments for my clients.

The selected professional will assist in executing patent services under a structured collaboration model.

**Scope of Work may include:**
• Patent search and prior art analysis
• Patent drafting and specification preparation
• Patent filing and prosecution support
• Responding to examination reports / objections
• Patent advisory and documentation support
• Any other patent-related services as mutually agreed

Collaboration Model:

This will be a professional collaboration on an assignment basis. Work will be shared as and when client projects arise.

• Fees will be mutually agreed before starting each client assignment.
• Work must be completed within agreed timelines
• Professional communication and documentation standards must be followed

**Important Conditions (Strict):

• All clients remain under my control and ownership
• Direct client solicitation or independent engagement is strictly prohibited
• A Non-Disclosure & Non-Circumvention Agreement will be mandatory
• Any breach of client protection terms will lead to immediate termination and penalty

**Eligibility:**

• Registered Patent Agent preferred
• Prior experience in patent drafting and filing
• Good understanding of Patent Law and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional standards
