I am a token engineer and cryptonomics researcher, I designed a novel tokenomics model that can be implemented by blockchain infrastructure projects to drive significant value to the network. it can be implemented by: Multiple projects simultaneously, projects that haven't launched their token yet, projects that have launched their token and live already.
I have few questions relevant to our case.
Based on our case mentioned in the original post.
We are currently looking to suggest the innovative tokenomics model to some crypto companies, If they want to apply it they should compensate us.
1- What is the right legal procedure to take during that process to insure crypto companies don’t apply what we disclose unless they compensate us as requested.
After the idea becomes public due to disclosing it a crypto company that implemented it.
1-We expect many crypto companies to copy the idea.
2-We are looking to work with additional crypto companies and suggest this tokenomics model for them to implement.
What are the right legal procedures to take to enforce any company using the innovative tokenomics model to compensate us?
