Utility Patent Submission Expert Needed

I am non-USA domiciled and under the new rules required a USA registered patent practitioner to sign and submit all documents. I have previously submitted seven USA patent applications and not require assistance with drafting. I now have one new application finished and ready for submission (Description, Claims, Abstract, Drawings and IDS) with four refiles of a previous UK application which will be ready for USPTO filing in August. I require submission-only at this stage by a registered practitioner and am seeking a fixed price for all five submissions.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Registered USA patent practitioner acceptable to USPTO for signing documents on behalf of client
- Experience with utility patent submissions
