A program in Pascal

I am looking for a programmer skilled in Pascal to help me create a program to implement an algorithm. The program needs to be completed in not more than one week. I have a specific algorithm that needs to be followed. I am looking for someone with experience in data processing, algorithm implementation, and graphical user interface.
