parsing html with Lazarus/pascal

I need a function that will search text captions in a html page and translate them in the page. The function will use a special dictionary. If a caption is not found in the dictionary, the original caption will be left.
A 2nd like function will serch menu items in a html page and hide them if the menu items are not enabled in a special list.
The code is half-cooked in the attachment with the parsing parts that must be coded (by you, of course)
