Pardot development

We have implemented Pardot. The agency we worked with on email templates and forms in 4 different language version didn't finish the project. We want to hire a developer that help us finetuning and finalizing those Pardot assets. We have styleguide to follow. Preferably a developer based in EMEA region, for time zone convenience.
