Local mail pickup and delivery in Antwerp

Looking for someone to do a very simple job:
Delivering documents to your address and all you need to do is deliver it to a shipping companies office in Antwerp, Belgium. This job requires you to live in ANTWERP, Belgium. These documents are simply shipping documents and formalities to be submitted physically to a shipping company like MAERSK for example. We will need someone to do this for 1 - 8 times per month and pay on a hourly basis.
I am from Antwerp myself but I will be traveling abroad for next 8 months and need someone to do this work for me when i am away.
