I'm seeking a top-quality website designer to create a cutting-edge, ultra-modern, professional business website under my direction. The primary goal of the website is to provide comprehensive information about my company, including company details and history, services offered, industry news and updates, as well as EU law and policy news.

Note. I require that a Parallax & Immersive Scroll Experience is implemented throughout the site to create a visually engaging and modern user interface. Additionally, the entire website will be hosted securely and efficiently on my Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) tenancy, which I already own and control.
