i need to file a motion to vacate a civil judgement against me an prepare an answer cause i never was informed

i was sued for work supposably done to my house by a tenet, he replaced my septic, and remodeled my bathroom without any authorization from me or the other owner of the house i haven't seen any of the work the tenet won't let me in my house he was granted a judgement for $54,000 by default without even me getting served, that i never authorized, and the tenet never pulled any permits to do the work and he doesn't even have a contractor's license, when the tenet agreed and signed a contract stating, he would pay for the septic out of his own pocket
