We are seeking a paralegal for part time work on a ongoing basis, likely a few hours each week, though intermittently and often requiring quick response times.

Review and process lender and agency certification, assignments and other legal forms on behalf of our professional design firm. The same forms ofter recur from one project to the next and are also similar among various issuers. Strong understanding of associated legal terms is important, capable of spotting problematic language, making appropriate revisions, and coordinating among respective parties. Ideal freelancer would also have experience with standard AIA agreements and support us in their preparation, negotiation and execution.
