The S&P agreement has been drawn up by (sellers lawyers) standard agreement.
I've already highlighted areas of concern or needing looked at/attention.
Also need to do the bank lending side of things which has been approved and adding as a separate mortgage against my house. Looking for a quick turnaround & someone who can talk with me tomorrow and get and reply out to sellers lawyers tomorrow 7th March.
