I'm seeking a paralegal to help me put together my motion to resend an exparte order I have mountains of evidence including an FOIA report proving that my wife or soon to be ex wife has perjured herself in documents and understand in open court numerous times. These lies are directly responsible for the order that has me out of my house and a combination of supervised and unsupervised visitation with my son who is 7. My local safe house traptor forwarded my case to the family law project but I have not heard from that yet. Unfortunately today I was slapped with APP O because I've emailed my wife several times to tell her that I have evidence that she's lying and I don't want to be the one to do it and she use those as threats. Immediately following that hearing I went and picked up the FOIA packet proving that she lied.. I was able to cross examine as my own representative today and got her to lie again. I have all the evidence I need to just need someone to tell me or to put all this together in a format that would produce the best outcome. I'm in Ann Arbor Michigan and I can backup everything I've said. I've had a really hard time letting go thus the emails trying to let my wife off the hook but now with the PPO that's not an issue cause I don't want to go to jail ever. So..... Time to take care of me and stop worrying about her. Help me with my order to rescind a bogus order. Other variables include currently in mediation which was a huge mistake on my part That mediation ends June 17th PPOS6 months but if we get this order resented I fully expect to have the PPO resented as well because then there would have been no order to break. I also filed charges against my wife for domestic violence which she admitted to understand however claiming self defense which I flatly deny and she has no proof and never accused me of it until she got on the stand. The incident in question happened February 9th. In my life has been in chaos for 2 months and has taken me forever to figure out how to fight this. I also had to wait for my evidence to arrive.
