Trust + Estates Paralegal Needed for Hybrid Remote Position in NYC

I need a trust and estate paralegal to work hybrid remote in my boutique NYC estate planning law practice. They will assist with drafting wills and trusts, witnessing at will signings, act as a client service director, setting up systems, etc. The more you can take on, the better. In the office 1-2 days per week; the rest can be remote. Seeking to work with someone long-term who can take the reins on several projects. Skills NOT needed at this time include probate, trust admin, or tax preparation.
