Response letter to mortgage company

We operate a trust in Washington State that has the 501 c 3 status. It was granted a piece of property via a Quite claim deed. In the process of occupying said property we wear forced to remove the prior residents. In doing so we established ownership thrue the courts. Now the original mortgage company is claiming that the property is in foreclosure and due to be sold out from underneath us.
