Paralegal for Non Profit firm

Paralegal and Customer Account manager

This role requires you to work on Sydney time 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday. More hours available to move to full time after training is completed. Working hours are not flexible.

You must have your own computer that is not shared with anyone else, this is for Data security reasons. You also must have a strong internet connection.

Tasks:
- Paralegal work, drafting legal docs
- registering businesses
- filling out registration applications
- liaising with the EA to schedule client meetings

Experience:

- HIgh-level experience paralegal tasks
- Excellent Administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills

Must be extremely organised and professional:

- permanent role

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Previous 5 years + experience in a paralegal role or similar position
- Proven track record of registering businesses and performing paralegal tasks
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential customers
