Paralegal for Litigation Support
Budget: $30 – $60 USD
I need a skilled paralegal to assist with ongoing litigation case in California
Minimum 5 years legal experience -
Excellent knowledge of California Law - California Superior Court
Key tasks include:
- Reviewing court filings and discovery materials
- Drafting responses based on your review
- Preparation of Exhibits, A/V
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in litigation support
- Strong attention to detail, work efficiently an accuracy.
- Ability to manage and organize large volumes of documents
- Prior experience with court filings and discovery processes
- Pacer, LexisNexis, and Westlaw, One Legal, eFiling, Docketing, etc
- Experienced with Technology required for Legal Filings, Exhibits, etc.
Hourly rate listed as a range, solely based on experience
Likely Part-time, Project Based
Mostly Remote Work - Some work in tandem with a Person most familiar with the case
But needs to be available to work a limited number of days onsite.
Live in the SF Bay Area: North Bay or East Bay
