I need a paralegal to file legal documents related to family law in Sevier County, Tennessee. Specifically, I require assistance with filing a motion to enforce a custody order.
Must be in the Sevier County area and able to go to the actual courthouse and file papers.
I am representing myself pro se, and am not looking for someone to provide legal advice or contribute to the content of the documents. I need someone to handle the purely procedural aspects of filing the motions and ensuring that I complete all the courts required steps.
