Paralegal - UK - Create Detailed Legal Chronology
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am seeking a skilled paralegal, preferably based in England, to prepare a detailed chronology for a Planning case. The chronology will be derived from documents I provide, including correspondence, emails, and various legal materials. It will ultimately be reviewed by a barrister.
The chronology must be succinct and concise, while still capturing all relevant details to give the barrister a complete understanding of the matter. I expect an exceptional level of detail, with the inclusion of footnotes (where appropriate) referencing supplementary files.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A law degree (graduates currently undertaking the SQE are especially encouraged to apply, though all applicants are welcome).
- Expertise in civil legal matters and a strong understanding of the English legal system.
- Demonstrable experience in preparing legal chronologies and working with legal documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong ability to interpret legal documents and accurately summarise events.
Budget max is £70
- Capacity to process and synthesise a large volume of documents.
- Organisational skills, including the ability to rename and manage supplementary files for ease of access.
- An understanding in Planning Law i.e. What is Planning Permission, What is the Planning Inspectorate etc
Deliverable:
A well-structured chronology that is both comprehensive and concise, enabling a barrister to gain a full and clear understanding of the matter in question after reading it.
Note: NDA will need to be signed for this task.
