OLRB Paralegal Representation Needed
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I'm seeking an experienced paralegal for an OLRB duty of fair representation hearing on July 28, 2026, at 505 University Avenue, Toronto. In-person attendance is required. Remote-only or international bidders cannot be considered.
Key Requirements:
- Licensed with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) — must provide LSO licence number.
- Specific OLRB or Ontario labour tribunal experience — not just general employment law.
- Ontario-based and able to appear in Toronto on July 28.
Budget preference: Under $1,000 CAD for the full scope (one preparation session + hearing attendance).
