I am having difficulty filling out paper that Im in Tucson to fill out today. I believe I may have filled out the incorrect paperwork. Im looking at options. This is to enforce or modify parenting time. Decree states I have full residential custody, we then modified that 'while the minor child is in virtual learning' she would be alternating weeks with parents. It was understood on that call that once school was back in session (this was during covid shut downs) she would resume. She has been in the school classroom setting all year and her father is now trying to pull her every other week. The school no longer offers virtual or hybrid learning as an option and has advised against this as her education is being compromised.
