A Motion for an Order to Show Cause

We are seeking a paralegal to prepare documents for an Order to Show Cause against the client’s HOA in Carroll County, Indiana, turning the client’s notes into a polished filing that addresses two key issues with equal importance: compelling the HOA to unlock and restore utility access and requiring the HOA to provide a full, documented accounting of every charge they claim the client owes.

What is Needed

The client is seeking clear, strategic drafting, a fast turnaround, and a filing package that is ready for the client’s signature and immediate e-filing. Experience with homeowner association disputes, emergency motions, or injunctive relief is considered a strong plus.
