I hired a consultant to run ads for me. He said he will bring me 30 calls for clients that will be willing to pay for my services.
He said he will do it in 3 months, now 4 months have passed and he has failed to bring one client.
His excuse is that facebook ads have changed, which is his problem and not mine.
He has charged me $6500 and is now not refunding me. I requested him and begged him that I need my money as I am not rich to afford to lose but he said he will not refund and he wants me to continue with him until he produces results.
He has already wasted a lot of my money of ads and I know he can't produce results.
Here is the contract we both signed.

I am looking for someone who can actually win this case and not just charge me money on hourly basis to rip me off as this guy did.
I want to take my money and my lawyer fee back from him.
