Also an order for my ex to co sign an insurance check, and an order for my right to possession of the home. He is currently in jail without bond; court date July 24th district court and a court date July 16, 2021 in superior court for forgery of an insurance check from Hurricane Dorian 2016 of $28,441.53 that he was required to turn over so the insurance company could reimburse me the mortgagor. He has claimed the funds from this forgery were forged since 2019.
