Fraudulent claims

I am looking for a freelancer to analyze fraudulent claims that range from insurance claims to identity theft. Though I do not have any particular examples to provide, the freelancer should have the skills to research and identify common patterns. Additionally, the expected outcome of this project is twofold; firstly, to prevent future fraudulent claims and secondly, to identify previous fraudulent claims. The ideal freelancer should be highly analytical and have an eye for detail. They should also possess problem-solving abilities to analyze trends and patterns in fraudulent claims. They should have knowledge of metrics used to measure fraudulent activity to provide solutions to limit future fraudulent activity. To execute this project successfully, the freelancer will need to be familiar with data analytics tools. The ideal freelancer should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
