Format a Prospectus for a UK Equity Listing

I have prepared a large UK equity listing document (prospectus), approx. 100 pages. This document has been worked on by various people including legal counsel, auditors, corporate finance advisors etc., occasionally mixing styles and formatting. Before submitting this document to the stock exchange for review, the document needs to be tidied up to ensure the style is consistent across chapters, the headers are linked with the table of contents, all tables and textboxes are consistently formatted etc.
