Court made error in Final Parentage order

I need to get the error corrected. I petitioned court for modification of my daughter's birth certificate: to add my name as father of record and to amend her name. In my court filing, I requested name change. Prior to trial date, the court requested clarification of spelling and I submitted. In trial, the judge asked for naming clarifification ( I have transcript) In the final document, the court didn't spell name correctly. I didn't notice this for several months after the trial. I was told by bailiff to file a "motion without argument". Now I live in California. I need help to get this process of correcting the error. My daughter's name should have included my hyphenated surname, already approved by judge. Thank you
