County court judgement

I need someone to draft the documents for me to remove a county court judgement made in my name. The documents were served to the wrong address and the property was settled to my ex h in a court consent order. Unfortunately he never acted to remove my name from the documents and is not traceable. This county court judgement is only a part of his financial misdemeanours as I am also facing proceedings with the mortgage provider for non payment of monthly mortgage. My ex is no where to be found and does not respond.
