Corrections for an Court of Appeal Document

I received this from the court of appeals here in South Carolina. ⦁ The accompanying proof of service is not in compliance with the SCACR. Your proof of service should be substantially in the format shown by Form 7 in Appendix C to part Il of the SCACR. Specifically, your proof of service states you served the notice of appeal on respondent and not the initial brief and designation of matter.
⦁ A table of contents and cases is required pursuant to Rule 208(b), SCACR.
