C Corporation Sale Documentation Assistance

I need help preparing specific documentation for the sale of my US Delaware C Corporation to a group of Canadians.

Tasks include:
- Drafting Board Resolutions
- Preparing all necessary clauses for the Share Transfer Agreement
- Creating Stock Certificates

I will file the documents myself, provided I have the correct materials and specific instructions. I currently own all of the company's shares and have the minute book and corporation files at my Canadian home.
