Civil lawsuit vs innovative dreamworks

Contractor defaulted on the CCB mediated agreement. I sued in small claims court. He demanded a jury trial, which bumped it up to civil court. Now I have until April 24th to file a civil complaint complaint and I need someone to write-up the complaint for me so I can file it.
