Child support -- 2

I have a child support case from 2012 to 2018. I was in prison from December 2015 to march 2022. I paid her $10,000 before i went in. I came out child services was asking for $30k she told my worker that i paid her the $10k and they deducted it. But now i want to get credit for the years i was in prison and also when we were living together i was making enough money so we dont need any state benefits. How much do you charge for your services?
