California Eviction Response Paralegal

I need a skilled paralegal to assist with responding to an eviction notice in California. This eviction is retaliatory. I have gathered everything I need and now need help with the review of the forms and response to ensure accuracy for Riverside Clerk of Court for this initial response. And, then subsequent assistance with the other remainder forms submittals through the process. This quote is for the initial response and then we can see how you wish to proceed from there given that this is my first use of a freelance service for this. And I would like to find someone to work with through the remainder process if possible. Person can be virtual/remote. Necessity for me is a familiarity and preferable has worked within Riverside County California

Key Requirements:
- Legal expertise in California landlord-tenant law
- Experience with retaliatory eviction cases
- History of successful submittals to the Clerk's Office.
- Paralegal certification preferred

Tasks Include:
- Review of drafted response to the eviction notice to ensure sufficiency for submittal
- Review of documentation and evidence submitted to ensure clerical accuracy for Clerk's Office.
- If you are familiar with other similar retaliatory events then any legal research on retaliatory eviction defenses

Ideal Skills:
- Familiarity with California, Riverside County court procedures
- Prior experience in retaliatory eviction, response cases
