I handle a steady stream of corporate and commercial matters and now need a Philippines-based paralegal who can jump in quickly and keep our paperwork watertight. Day to day you will take the lead on contract law, corporate governance and regulatory compliance issues, producing clean, well-researched documents without constant oversight.
Here’s what I will hand over:
• A short brief for each task plus any background files or precedents I already use.
• Expected turnaround and, where relevant, a template or style guide.
What I expect back:
• Drafted or red-lined contracts, shareholder or service agreements and tailored regulatory compliance documents ready for signature.
• A concise research memo (citations included) that supports each clause or compliance position.
• Practical guidance notes highlighting any red flags or next steps.
