I am seeking assistance regarding an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) based on my pending asylum application in the USA. I have encountered some challenges in the process and need help with filing an appeal.
To provide some context, on December 28, 2022, I filed Form I-765 for an Employment Authorization Document. Later, on June 5, 2023, I received a job offer from Juez, prompting me to file another EAD application on the same day (please refer to Receipt Notice-1-1.pdf). Unfortunately, this application was denied, with the reason stated as "8 days elapsed time on the date the I-765 was filed," which I believe is not accurate, as I filed the application more than 150 days from the date of eligibility (please see Denial Notice-1.pdf).
Subsequently, I reapplied for the work permit, but unfortunately, I received another denial (Denial Notice-2.pdf).
I am in need of your expertise to guide me through the appeal process so that I can obtain my work permit successfully.
I would like to know what steps we can take, how we should proceed, and the associated costs. Please note that while I am willing to pay for your professional services, I am unable to cover the USCIS fees for the appeal.
