Urgent Python CSV Handling

I need a Python-based solution that reads raw CSV files, cleans and reshapes the data, then exports a polished CSV ready for analysis. Pandas is the natural choice here, and I expect clean, well-commented code so I can tweak column names or filters later.

The workflow is straightforward: drop one or more CSVs into a folder, run the script, and receive a consolidated file plus a brief console summary. I will provide sample data and the exact transformation rules the moment we start, but think along the lines of row filtering, column renaming, simple calculations, and duplicate removal.
