painting a Skate board back

My brother came home one day and said he was making a skate board i asked if i could have it , he said yes. I wanted a staffy on the back and he drew one but didn't paint it and so i ask my friend if she'd help me and she said yes but after it didn't look good at all :( so that is why i need your HELP
